  • We currently ship across India.
  • International shipping is not available at this time.

Processing Time

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Charges

  1. Standard Shipping:
    • β‚Ή50 for orders below β‚Ή500.
    • Free shipping for orders above β‚Ή500.
  2. Express Shipping:
    • β‚Ή150 flat rate for faster delivery (available for select pin codes).

Delivery Time

  • Standard shipping: 3-7 business days depending on your location.
  • Express shipping: 1-3 business days for eligible pin codes.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. Use this to track your order in real time.

Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will notify you. Additional shipping charges may apply for resending the package.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, contact us at dyamichelp.in@gmail.com or call 8962881156 within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the damaged product and packaging.
